GRATITUDE

Attending the Yoga in the Park sessions with Apoorva Parki was one of my best decisions of the year! The location and Apoorva’s personalized teaching style provided a form of grounding for me and enabled me to find clarity of thought. On the physical front, the asanas helped develop more flexibility and stamina, which have both contributed to me feeling a lot more energetic on a day to day basis! And last but not least, these sessions were a lot of fun! Would 100% recommend!

It was a fantastic experience. A well deserved shout out to Apoorva and yoga instructors on picking the best possible place for our sessions – the botanic gardens. They were always keen to find the best spots for us to have our sessions. Shows their passion for yoga. Equally great was their session. We would have excellent 2 hour sessions. Each session started with warm ups, eventually gathered momentum and ended with an absolutely rewarding meditation. In every session, instructors would gauge the fitness and flexibility level of all students and come up with a very well curated regime for that session. Equally laudable was the fact how they gave personal attention to students. They would also give tailor made stretches/poses/exercises based on personal areas of improvement. The cherry on the cake was that all of them were super fun and amicable. Absolutely recommend their classes!
